The building is equipped with a district heating system and intelligent electrochromic windows that adjusts the tint according to the outside temperature, thus ensuring optimal comfort. It also has an innovative air conditioning system using groundwater, which is returned to nature without any pollution. In addition, the structure of the building is ventilated thanks to a space between the exterior facade and the peripheral wall. This system regulates the exchange of heat, air and light with the outside.

The Moments restaurant showcases local gastronomy under the direction of our talented Chefs. The menu, renewed each season, is made from 95% local products, offering dishes that celebrate the freshness and diversity of ingredients from the Geneva region. By working with local partners, the Chefs create culinary experiences that reflect both the richness of the terroir and a sustainable approach to catering. The restaurant has also been awarded prestigious labels such as Fait Maison, Green Key and Less Saves The Planet.

From October 31, immerse yourself in the festive spirit of Christmas with Le Jardin d'Hiver, the ephemeral pop-up transformed into a real Christmas market! Come warm yourself up with a delicious Swiss fondue, or taste the famous onion soup au gratin with Gruyère AOP.
